As Key Account Manager ESS - Ukraine, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our Energy Storage business in a fast-growing and strategically important market. Acting as the trusted partner for our customers, you will connect their needs with our cutting-edge ESS solutions and help drive the energy transition forward. Your key responsibilities include: Develop and manage key ESS customers and projects across the Ukrainian market Act as the main interface between customers and internal technical, service, and operations teams Collect, structure, and translate customer requirements into viable commercial and technical solutions Monitor and analyze competitor solutions, pricing, and go-to-market strategies Provide regular sales forecasts, market insights, and structured reporting Achieve annual sales targets and actively contribute to building local market share Represent Sungrow at national and international trade fairs, congresses, and customer events Your profile All right, all right - sounds exciting, doesn’t it? To feel confident, successful, and happy in this role long-term, your background should look very much like this: Degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, with a strong affinity for electrical engineering Several years of experience in technical sales, business development, project development, or project management, ideally within the ESS, solar, or renewable energy sector Solid understanding of energy storage systems, photovoltaics, inverters, and BOS, combined with a strong commercial mindset Ukrainian and English language skills at minimum B2 level according to CEFR; additional languages such as Chinese are a plus Confident user of MS Office tools and CRM systems Willingness to travel nationally and internationally on a regular basis (around 50%) Why us?
