As an experienced B2B sales professional, you combine a strong technical background with exceptional relationship-building skills, allowing you to effectively navigate complex solution sales. Your ability to engage with customers at all levels and develop tailored automation solutions will be key to your success. We are looking for someone with:

  • A technical background in automation, electronics, computer science, or industrial engineering.
  • Basic knowledge in discrete manufacturing processes and systems (MES, CMMS, OEE) and industrial communication protocols is preferred.
  • Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial automation, smart manufacturing, or IoT solutions.
  • A proactive and independent approach, with the ability to develop and execute key account strategies.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills, allowing you to articulate the value of our solutions effectively.
  • Business acumen to plan and execute strategic sales initiatives and achieve ambitious targets.
  • Fluency in German and English to ensure smooth communication in an international business environment.
  • A location near a major industrial hub in Germany (e.g., Munich, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, or Hamburg) to facilitate customer engagement and business development.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain C-level and technical relationships with key German industrial customers, positioning Advantech as a market leader in smart automation solutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive direct sales growth with major industrial players in automotive, manufacturing, logistics, and smart factory solutions.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring alignment with our long-term business strategy.
  • Implement strategic sales initiatives to increase market share and reinforce our leadership in Industrial IoT solutions.
  • Actively participate in trade fairs, industry events, and technical conferences to represent Advantech and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and long-term customer success
