Description
Join Walley’s Expansion Journey in Finland As part of Walley’s continued expansion, we are now strengthening our commercial team focused on the Finnish market. You will join a company with consistently strong growth, delivering double digit growth for 12 consecutive quarters, where payment flows and customer experience are at the core of our clients’ success. About Walley Walley develops payment solutions for e commerce and retail businesses across the Nordics. Our platform is designed for complex business flows, high transaction volumes, and companies with demanding requirements around stability, scalability, and control. We work closely across commercial, product, and technology teams. That is how we create solutions that drive conversion, operational efficiency, and long term business value. Walley is part of Norion Bank AB (publ), giving us the agility of a growth company combined with the stability of an established financial institution. About the Role As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of some of our most strategically important customers. The role focuses on identifying new commercial opportunities within existing partnerships, whether through expanding the use of our solutions or driving new initiatives together with the Merchant. You will continuously follow up, prioritize, and plan account activities with the goal of strengthening the business relationship while ensuring smooth day to day collaboration. You will work closely with Merchants to understand their business, objectives, and challenges. Based on those insights, you will identify opportunities, translate needs into actionable initiatives, and drive projects from idea to implementation, often operating in the intersection between business and technology. You will own the customer dialogue, lead strategic development discussions, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to create solutions that work both commercially and technically. This is a permanent position with an initial six month probation period and is based at our office in Helsinki, with a strong focus on the Finnish market. About You You are used to working with large and commercially important customers where decisions involve multiple stakeholders. You are confident in customer dialogue, able to maintain a strategic overview while also driving concrete initiatives forward. You combine strong commercial acumen with structure and analytical thinking. You understand what creates value, know how to prioritize effectively, and consistently follow through. At the same time, you build strong relationships and create momentum through collaboration, both externally with customers and internally across teams. You thrive in a fast paced environment with ambitious goals. You take ownership of your accounts, drive your work independently, and are comfortable working toward clear commercial targets. We Believe You · Are comfortable leading strategic discussions around business growth, customer experience, and commercial development with stakeholders at different levels. · Take ownership of your customer relationships and build them for the long term while maintaining strong operational execution. · Work in a structured and proactive way, even in a high pace environment. · Enjoy collaborating with others and sharing insights that strengthen the broader team. · Have several years of experience from a commercial role with direct customer ownership. · Have experience within payments, SaaS, retail, or a similar environment where business and product are closely connected. What We Offer At Norion Bank Group, individual growth and development are highly valued. We place strong emphasis on self leadership, continuous learning, and professional development. Our culture is characterized by collaboration, innovation, and modern ways of working. We offer a dynamic organization with short decision making paths, openness, and a high energy environment. You will join an exciting company with strong development opportunities, ongoing competence development, and social activities both inside and outside the workplace.
