Responsibilities:
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish and accelerate strong relationships between Flora Food Group and our Danish retail customers.
- Create and execute customer plans based on deep customer understanding powered by category and consumer knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-category marketing, category management, supply chain, and finance teams to drive business performance.
- Continuously evaluate and follow up on business performance with our customers.
- Collaborate with the field sales organization to ensure the best implementation of our plans.

- Extensive experience in Key Account Management from the FMCG Retail business.
- Ability to work independently and as a team member, leveraging the strengths of the Flora Food Group team.
- Willingness to perform in a role that covers a broad spectrum of hands-on and strategic responsibilities.
- A growth mindset and a customer-focused attitude, constantly pursuing steps to grow our business and impact the Danish market.
