About the position 📍 Location: BSD, Tangerang Selatan 💼 Benefits: Competitive Monthly Salary + Performance Bonus + Medical Insurance About the role The Key Account Manager (KAM) for E-commerce and Offline retail partners is responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing account performance, and ensuring operational excellence across assigned E-commerce and offline retail partners. This role manages end‑to‑end commercial execution—from negotiations, promo planning, trading terms, listing coordination, and claim settlement to close collaboration with Category Buyers, Supply Chain, Sales Support, and Store Operations teams. The KAM will play a critical role in building strong partnerships with our E-commerce and retail accounts, ensuring the achievement of sales targets, stock availability, promotional effectiveness, and planogram compliance. This position requires strong stakeholder management, analytical capability, negotiation skills, and execution discipline. Your Responsibilities: Manage end‑to‑end commercial activities for assigned E-commerce and offline key accounts, including JBP, trading terms, promotions, and listings. Drive sales performance through regular monitoring of sell‑in, sell‑out, stock levels, and promotional execution. Coordinate with Supply Chain and DC teams to ensure SKU availability, planogram compliance, and store execution. Analyze account performance and provide actionable insights for growth, efficiency, and problem resolution. Lead monthly and quarterly reviews to track progress, highlight risks, and propose improvement plans. What you bring: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 5 years' experience as KAM/Account Executive in FMCG, retail, or distribution. Strong understanding of E-commerce, offline retail operations, category management, and promo mechanics. Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
