SUMMARY

We are seeking a customer-focused, results-driven Key Account Manager to lead and grow strategic relationships with major Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brands and C-Shores across North America. This role will act as a key commercial liaison, ensuring alignment between QSR customers, internal teams, and external partners, including contract packagers and co-manufacturers, to deliver value-added packaging solutions.

YOU BRING THESE SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Packaging, Engineering, or a related field; MBA a plus.
  • 5–10+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles within QSR or C-Shores related B2B manufacturing sector.
  • Experience supporting or managing relationships with large QSR or foodservice accounts.
  • Familiarity with contract manufacturing and supply chain execution within the packaging or foodservice industry.
  • Strong communication, project management, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to travel 30–50% within North America.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow key national and regional QSR and C-Store accounts through strategic planning and customer engagement.
  • Be key in bringing sustainable, practical packaging solutions to leading QSR brands through strong internal and external partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for assigned QSR accounts, advocating for their needs within the organization.
  • Collaborate with contract packagers, co-packers, and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth execution of packaging programs.
  • Partner with marketing, R&D, and applications engineering to deliver differentiated, value-based packaging solutions.
  • Support innovation initiatives, sustainability efforts, and packaging performance enhancements tailored to the Food Service business models.
  • Develop account plans, monitor KPIs, and report on customer performance and project status.
  • Stay informed on QSR industry trends, packaging innovations, and customer growth strategies.
