Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and commercially minded Key Account Manager to support and grow our UK Food Service business. This is a key development role. Working closely with the sales team, reporting directly to the CEO.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–3 years of experience in food sales or account management, looking to take the next step in their career within a growing and values-led company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of key UK food service accounts, with responsibility for day-to-day relationship management.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, ensuring exceptional service and tailored support.
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers to secure retention and drive growth.

  • Planning and delivering customer promotions, presentations, and new product introductions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (production, marketing, logistics) to ensure smooth order fulfilment and high customer satisfaction.
  • Analyse sales data and customer feedback to identify opportunities for account growth.
  • Act as a brand ambassador at industry events, trade shows, and networking engagements to enhance market presence and unlock new business.
