Description

· Full-time, Term-time, Working the school Calendar year.
€20 per hour, full time equivalent: €40,000.
Seek and obtain new clients as per agreed sales plan and plan and implement this plan for new and existing business throughout South Leinster .
· Develop strong nurturing relationships with new and existing schools, building on the Carambola brand within the South Leinster Region.
· Ensure schools are fully aware of the company’s services and food offerings/products and that these are promoted on an ongoing basis.
· Actively listen and ask the right questions to rectify any customer concerns/complaints, update the team in Head Office, agree a solution and communicate this back to the school.
· Identify the different customer requirements in schools through analysing trends in their feedback and adapt these needs to suit their requirements.
· Schedule your working week in advance, taking into consideration all relevant information recorded in CRM and other updates.
· Meet teachers in schools on a daily/weekly/monthly basis as required and respond accordingly to all requests in an efficient timeframe.
· Develop strong relationships with in-school hot food colleagues to monitor our service in schools and report issues in a timely manner.
· Have daily/weekly meetings with the Customer Care Manager and Head Office to look at requests or to resolve issues in transport or services to schools as well as relaying successes.
· Check daily administration giving feedback to Head Office on the same day ensuring there are no back logs or delays.
· Meet targets set by Head Office on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
· Provide weekly reports to Head Office as required.
· Ensure that the highest Health and Safety and Quality standards are adhered to at all times.
· Ensure that all Company policies and practices are adhered to at all times.
· Communicate with all staff ensuring professionalism and politeness are exercised at all times.
· Carry out any other duties that may be required from time to time.
