Job Title: Key Account Manager - Franchise Operations

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Franchise Operations Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the Operations Manager and franchise partners, with a primary focus on site audits, operational analysis, process compliance, and effective communication. You will help ensure every franchise runs smoothly and efficiently, leveraging data and best practices to drive improvement. This is an ideal role for someone analytical, organised, and passionate about enabling business success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Franchise Account Management : Work with the franchises to drive and improve business.
  • Performance Analysis: Assist the franchise in analysing data, identifying trends or issues, and preparing summaries, dashboards, or actionable insights and also take care of the implementation of the changes.
  • Audits : Carry out visits and audits for the franchise locations, prepare visit reports and do necessary checks for compliance of processes and changes.
  • Process & Compliance Support:Help track franchisee compliance with Rebel Foods UK SOPs, food safety standards, and brand requirements. Provide support to outlets in resolving compliance or documentation issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to streamline operational processes or enhance efficiency and recommend improvements to the Operations Manager.
