ABOUT THE ROLE As a Key Account Manager (KAM), you will play an important role in helping to expand Ovoko’s presence in the French automotive industry and the used car parts market. You will focus on working with the French recyclers (VHU centers) in one of the most important Ovoko markets – France. So far, only a small fraction of reused parts came from French recyclers, but their interest and our commitment towards market clients are constantly growing. If you see yourself as a person who can thrive in helping other businesses to achieve their goals and expand their business, this adventure is for you! \n IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer questions Onboard and train new clients Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Clearly communicate the progress to stakeholders Forecast and track key account metrics Collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow client portfolio opportunities Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed Collect feedback from clients and bring it back to other teams for improvements This position requires occasional travel to France. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 2+ years of experience in Sales, Account management, or similar client-facing roles Exceptional communication skills in French, both written and spoken Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular) General eCommerce operations knowledge will be considered a big advantage Strong planning and prioritization skills A positive, can-do attitude. You are a problem solver and a self-organized person Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken. \n SALARY The offered salary range for this position starts from 2800 € (gross) per month.
