In this role, you are responsible for designated customers and growing and developing their solutions to the next level. You work closely with internal stakeholders, such as service and project managers, Frends delivery teams, sales, and management, to discover and deliver the best solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • upselling and offering new services to customers
  • responsible for customer revenue and profitability
  • handling all customer and internal communication and cooperation
  • leading the customer delivery together with the Frends Delivery organization
  • participating in the projects and services steering meetings according to Frends account management model
