Working location Melbourne (Preston, preferred) OR Sydney (Baulkham Hills) Reporting to Sales Lead Main Responsibilities Drive for Results & Growth Manage and develop initiatives designed to retain and win new key accounts. Achieve annual sales and new‑business targets through a balanced focus on existing and new customers, contributing directly to growth objectives. Build and expand key customer relationships, developing initiatives that strengthen partnerships and secure long‑term wins. Introduce new products to customers, identify opportunities, and translate customer insights into actionable business growth. Collaborate with planning teams on accurate sales forecasts, monitor performance, and present results to guide business decisions. Customer Experience Manage strategic customer relationships, ensuring business objectives are met and long‑term partnerships strengthened. Champion customer success by understanding customers’ business and marketing strategies to secure briefs, deliver tailored solutions, and proactively address their needs and complaints. Drive strategic projects by coordinating and delivering key projects on time, aligning outcomes with customer goals and Givaudan’s growth priorities. Track and forecast business performance while identifying new opportunities through market insights and business analysis. Account Management Lead with insight by monitoring market trends and competitive activity, sharing actionable intelligence with internal teams to shape strategy. Prepare proactive presentations and monthly reports that highlight new wins, customer progress, and growth opportunities. Maintain project briefs and key data in Atlas, ensuring information is current and reliable. Strengthen business performance by supporting account health through proactive follow‑ups, timely payment coordination, and collaborative communication across teams.
