Position: Key Account Manager
We are looking for a highly organized, well-spoken Key Account Manager to join our on-site team and manage strategic vendor relationships. This role is critical to ensuring our largest suppliers are supported, aligned, and empowered to succeed on our platform. The ideal candidate is confident presenting, thrives in a collaborative in-office setting, and is comfortable leading meetings across internal departments and external stakeholders.
A strong understanding of raw ingredients, B2B e-commerce, and supply chain dynamics is a plus. This position will also require occasional travel to vendor sites and industry trade shows to represent the company and strengthen relationships in person.

TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

Occasional travel (approximately 10–20%) will be required for:

  • Industry trade shows and events
  • In-person vendor meetings and site visits
  • Supporting company-hosted events and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, vendor relations, sales, or business development—preferably in a B2B, e-commerce, or supply chain environment
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills; confident leading meetings and representing the company to external partners
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to manage account escalations with urgency and professionalism
  • Proficient in CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and task or project management tools
  • Must thrive in an on-site, team-oriented office setting

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Exposure to platforms like NetSuite, HubSpot, or Magento
  • Strong understanding of raw ingredient markets, dietary supplements, or related industries is a plus
  • Understanding of documentation requirements (e.g., COAs, product specs, compliance)
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
