We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager - Grocery to join our Personal Health team based in Sydney or Melbourne . As the Account Manager for Grocery, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic account plans for high volume transactional accounts to drive sustainable sales growth and profitability within grocery and mass merchant channels.

Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and ensuring alignment with their strategic objectives to foster mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative, bespoke solutions for customers, coordinating with local cross-functional teams to meet diverse and complex needs, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Support in-depth market intelligence and competitive analysis, identifying macro trends, opportunities, and risks to inform high-level strategic planning and decision-making for business growth.
  • Create and execute commercial strategies, including impactful distribution and promotional activities that drive market leadership and sales excellence.
