Achieve HET/HIT's set sales and profit targets for the customer, channel & EU Visit Key Customers and operate as part of a sales services team Maintain and develop a mid-size customer, OR a group of key accounts, OR a category to maximize HET/HITs sales and profit targets Must have previous Key Account Manager experience, preferably from Toy & Gaming, Entertainment, or FMCG Fluency in Polish and English languages Proven negotiation skills Excellent relationship management and team spirit Highly numeric Experience in Mass or Value retail would be highly advantageous Developing, implementing, and monitoring annual account business plans for HET/HIT. Working closely with customer stock control teams to manage stock requirements and serviceability targets. Building strong relationships with buyers and leading cross-departmental projects.
