ABOUT THE ROLE

Essity Health and Medical is looking for an experienced Key Account Manager for the Long-Term care and Acute Care channels. This individual is responsible for providing on-going support to the Quebec region leader & field teams, implementing business strategies, innovative technologies and solutions of care to achieve profitable business relationships and develop new revenue opportunities. Responsibilities will primarily include promoting TENA® incontinence, JOBST® compression, orthopedics products and Advanced wound care products within all said channels and customers. This role will strive to support the best current solutions as well as shaping further procurement strategies to ultimately serve the health and well-being of the citizens of Quebec through Essity solutions.

THIS IS A REMOTE POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR COVERING THE PROVINCE OF QUÉBEC. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE SHOULD LIVE IN MONTREAL OR SURROUNDING AREA WITH ABILITY TO TRAVEL OFTEN.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Responsible for providing on-going support to high value clients (GAC & Chains). Implement business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identify new revenue opportunities with major accounts. Assure customer contract compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor customer specific sales plans and marketing programs to meet/exceed sales targets. Collaborate with internal and external partners to successfully represent and grow the Essity business.
  • Frequently analyze customer information to discover and manage business risk, opportunities, and gaps. All in collaboration with account managers
  • Prepare and organize semi-annual & annual business reviews for all active contracts.
  • Participate Drives to all RFP’s related to Acute sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Leader to ensure channel growth and opportunities, business strategy implementation, and contract negotiations including terms and conditions.
  • Promote and establish links between Acute and Home Health Care markets (cross-selling) to foster growth in global brand sales.
  • Generate knowledge on market development/customer needs and competitor activities and distribute to internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date contract information and influence products to be integrated into future contracts.
  • CRM: responsible for analyzing activities and opportunities in relation to global objectives.
  • Consult and organize clinical support for all relevant activities and strategic development.
  • Responsible to support the sales teams (AM) with insights to implement effective strategies within the Acute channel.
  • Perform other essential responsibilities as deemed necessary.
