To strengthen our team, we are looking for a

Project Manager (m/f/d) for Nursing and Care Innovation to start as soon as possible.

Ideally with qualifications in Advanced Practice Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Nursing Science or with an interest in academic further training in nursing, e.g. as part of a dual study program. 

Your tasks

• Development and structuring of patient pathways
• Development of nursing care concepts and new role models
• Participation in the development of cross-sectoral processes and interfaces
• Conception of new forms of care, such as home visits, guidance functions, monitoring and triage processes
• Participation in projects on digitalization, telemedicine and AI-supported care
• Support during change processes and the introduction of new workflows
• Participation in evaluation, documentation and transfer into regular operation

Your profile

• Nursing exam
• Ideally, a degree in nursing, nursing science, advanced practice nursing, community health nursing, health sciences, or a comparable field.
• Experience in project work, concept development, process design or change management
• Interest in new care models and cross-sectoral care
• Ability to conceptually and practically integrate nursing content
