To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:

Key Account Manager Pharmacy (m/f/d) Central Germany - Core Region Hesse (m/f/d)


Your tasks with us will begin as soon as possible

  • Competent and needs-oriented support for defined key account customers: pharmacies, pharmacy networks and regional collaborations, as the central point of contact.
  • Creating business plans and marketing plans for the defined key account customers to promote sell-out (e.g. with cash back and consulting campaigns, digital marketing, use of samples, etc.)
  • Active sales of our products to expand distribution through agreements for visible and self-selection.
  • Conducting annual reviews with accounts and negotiating purchasing conditions in line with growth targets
  • Analysis and maintenance of customer groups and networks, as well as acquisition of strategic new customers, including competitive analysis.
  • Conducting in-house pharmacy training courses
  • Responsibility for sales and budget for the defined sales activities, including consideration of customer contribution margins.

What you bring with you

  • A completed apprenticeship as a certified pharmaceutical representative (IHK) or pharmaceutical consultant according to §75 AMG or a completed degree with business administration content or comparable qualifications
  • Several years of sales experience, preferably in pharmacy field sales
  • Driving licence class B and willingness to travel within Germany
  • Negotiation and communication skills combined with a sales and customer-oriented mindset
  • Convincing, friendly and inspiring demeanor
  • Strong analytical skills and a very good understanding of numbers
  • Networked thinking and working methods, as well as teamwork skills for achieving common goals.
  • Determination and results orientation, as well as resilience and stamina
