YOUR KEY CONTRIBUTIONS

  • Coordinate and lead business development activities, developing a growth strategy: identify new high-tech accounts, lead business negotiations, support and maximize the performance of the sales force within your region
  • Establish contacts to Key Accounts and build the network: become a strategic business partner for customers using technology expertise and account management capabilities to support the portfolio of products
  • Support cross sales activities in the regions: cooperate closely with the country Sales and Products teams to deliver superior services
  • Maintain and coordinate relationships with other departments in the company to implement new regional accounts and services
  • Regularly review processes and the business development platform and where necessary add improvements; keep abreast with market trends and landscape changes

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

  • 5+ years of freight forwarding/ logistics background
  • Proven record of business development with multinationals
  • Customer focused and results oriented : highly competent in planning, organizing, executing and coordination skills
  • High influencing and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in English: convincing presentation skills
  • A team-player able to work across geographical and functional boundaries and in a cultural diverse environment
  • Willingness and ability to travel

At cargo-partner we are looking for a first class hunter, ready to expand their skills set and network in the hi-tech world, joining our global Key Account Management IV team.
In this role you’ll identify and hunt new hi-tech business, as well as manage, maintain and maximize potential of strategic key accounts. You will lead business negotiations with customers, serving as a strategic business partner by supporting our product portfolio.
