Manage and grow key HoReCA and Food Service accounts across the UAE.
Achieve sales, revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering companies, distributors, and institutional customers.
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, promotions, and annual agreements.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Operations to ensure smooth order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Ensure timely payment collections and maintain accurate sales reports.
