Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a mutually agreed, individualized clinic /health regional level plan to implement evidence-based hospital protocols and or treatment algorithms.
  • Facilitate frequent, high quality, peer to peer virtual and in-person meetings based on identified learning needs.
  • Improve customer experience across multiple touch points, including our Home Care program to ensure patient loyalty and retention.
  • Develop regional brand advocates and thought leaders through peer-to-peer influence.
  • Foster credible relations with provincial transfusion bodies, HCP/patient associations and Canadian Blood Services.
  • Track monthly business performance metrics and adjust planning to bridge any gaps.
  • Invest in continuous learning to stay current with scientific literature and competitor activities.
