ABOUT THE ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage and grow relationships with key clients to ensure retention and long-term satisfaction.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities through client referrals, field visits, and lead generation.
  • Present and promote company products/services to key decision-makers in a professional and consultative manner.
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance KPIs.
  • Maintain detailed records of account activities, communications, and feedback.
