We are seeking a Key Account Manager located in Austin to join our dynamic team at Mend Services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial HVAC sales and operations. This role is crucial for building long-lasting relationships with our clients while ensuring that we deliver exceptional service aligned with our mission to BUILD CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.
In this role, THERE IS NO CAP ON COMMISSIONS! The more accounts you bring and revenue you drive, the more you get paid!!!

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role in B2B sales environments.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan or similar CRM tools is preferred.
  • Ability to analyze data and market trends effectively.
  • Leadership experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to drive customer satisfaction.

  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client needs are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze account performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Promote cross-selling opportunities between trades internally.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential growth areas.
  • Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty.
