DESCRIPTION OF MAIN ACTIVITIES

  • Develop product and disease state knowledge and effectively educate and involve healthcare professionals in dialogue about clinical evidence, approved indications, and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
  • Mapping and understanding the needs of account and customer.
  • Support the management and preparation of the hospital bid and any other kind of offer in the area of competence.
  • Construction and development of the network of distinctive relationships with Key Accounts and Opinion Leaders; identify the target of HCP to be involved in territory activities.
  • Develop and maintain in depth the knowledge of the market, the epidemiology and the target of the territory assigned.
  • Check the monthly sales performance in the relevant area, deepening any deviations from the forecast data, identifying their causes and making proposals to their line manager to overcome them.
  • Prepare a monthly forecast in order to support the local Sales responsible in the definition of the national forecast Hematology.
  • Operational implementation of the marketing plan engaging HCP following segmentation and targeting annual plan.
  • Achieve the objectives defined from the Dir. Sales & Marketing NIIS.
  • Execution of marketing launches of new products.
  • Build a solid and medium long term relationship strategy with external stakeholders.
  • Deliver a clear and punctual market analysis of the territory assigned.
  • Propose local activities aimed to develop the market and actively participate to the implementation of national product strategic plan.
  • Support local organization of congresses, conferences, scientific events.
  • Actively participate in the regular meetings on sales and scientific themes and their key messages. Encourage the exchange of information with colleagues of the BU and with Sales Manager Hematology. Support and be an active. part of the training and planned development initiatives.
  • Participate, as a collaborator, to the performance evaluation.
  • Act in the role of KAM in accordance with Grifols Policies, procedures and in compliance with the law.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in scientific discipline in accordance with Legislative Decree no. 219/06.
  • At least 5 years of similar experience in multinational or complex organizations. The experience origin in Corporation operating in similar market will be a plus.
  • Languages: fluent in Italian and English.
  • PC Skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Availability to travel in Italy and abroad, represent the company in National and International Congresses.
