Inaba Foods (USA) Inc. is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to drive strategic growth and manage high-value relationships with national and regional retailers, as well as distributors within the pet category. This role requires a proven leader with a deep understanding of account management, strong business acumen, and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue and market share. This is an office-based position in Torrance, California. Key Responsibilities * Lead and manage key account relationships at a senior level, ensuring long-term partnerships and revenue growth. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand distribution and increase sales volumes across key accounts. * Conduct high-level negotiations on pricing, promotions, credit terms, and contract agreements. * Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and areas for improvement. * Oversee forecasting, sales projections, and inventory planning to ensure product availability and alignment with business objectives. * Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and executive leadership to align strategies and ensure brand positioning. * Drive customer engagement through regular business reviews, performance presentations, and strategic planning meetings. * Resolve complex customer issues, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and brand loyalty. * Act as a mentor and leader within the sales team, providing guidance and support to junior account managers. * Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and industry regulations.   Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
