Description:

We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Key Account Manager to lead the charge in introducing, marketing, and selling industrial products and systems to our key accounts. If you’re passionate about building strong client relationships, driving revenue growth, and staying ahead in the competitive landscape, this role is for you!
Your Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development: Drive sales and market penetration of industrial products and systems within key accounts, identify and pursue new business opportunities, and shape technical specifications in early development phases.
Strategic Account Management: Develop and execute strategic account plans, monitor customer satisfaction, and take corrective actions to enhance customer experience.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term business growth and a high level of customer loyalty.
Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of market trends, monitor competitive activities, and share insights with internal teams.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver seamless and cohesive service across functions, ensuring an optimal customer experience.
Financial & Administrative Oversight: Follow up on receivables, outstanding invoices, and manage all business dealings with key accounts effectively.

What You Bring:

  • Proven success in sales, account management, or technical roles within the automotive industry.
  • Established network in the industry to leverage business opportunities.
  • Strong technical expertise ideally in automotive air conditioning systems.
  • Exceptional ability to collaborate with diverse teams and drive results.
  • Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset and excellent negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Willingness to travel within EMEA.
  • A technical degree or relevant experience ideally in automotive air conditioning solutions.
