Your Role:
As a Key Account Manager, you will manage and grow relationships with our top corporate clients. You will act as the bridge between our team and clients, ensuring satisfaction, delivering solutions, and driving new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of key clients and nurture long-term relationships.
Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
Achieve sales and revenue targets through upselling and cross-selling.
Handle client issues and provide quick resolutions.
Ensure timely renewals and follow-up on project execution.
What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT or tech-based B2B sales.
Strong understanding of IT products, security systems, and tech solutions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively.
UAE experience preferred; valid UAE driving license is a plus.
