Job Summary: This position exists to develop and manage high value customers for lubricant sales; Achieves sales targets / servicing premium customers; Develops strong long-lasting relations for recurring business. Key Responsibilities: Engages in Sales and Marketing of Shell Lubricants in order to achieve sales targets Handles customers and their transition from Direct to indirect channel; Forecasts and manages customer's expectations Responsible to achieve sales targets and develop pipeline of future prospects Developing and sustaining solid relationships with key clients that bring in the most income for the company. Manages customer relationship; Possess the product knowledge and ensure its application; Communicates with customers and analyses their needs and offer effective solutions Measure, track and analyze key account metrics Aims to expand the business network Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships Ensures smooth sale services including, deliveries, payments, technical Services in order to achieve sales targets. Requirements: 1- Bachelor's in business administration or a relevant field 2- 3 to 5 years' of B2B sales experience in Chemical/Paint/Lubricant Industry Core Competency: Responsible to conduct market survey & research. Manages diversified customers in various B2B sectors Negotiating contracts with key clients and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals. Prepare & Compile reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for stakeholders. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
