The main produces we offer are lubricants for engines and transmissions, along with industrial fluids such as Electric Vehicle fluids and coolants. What you’ll be doing Be responsible for the full P&L of Accounts which locate at North China. Develop and maintain solid CRM with customers at different levels. Support Sales Director in the team management and act as a backup for the Sales Director when needed What you bring 10 -- 15 years working experience in the Automotive industry. Experiences in aftermarket or chemical products is a plus. Proficiency in Key account management, i distributor management, sales & negotiation, and value-based selling. Excellent communication and influencing skills to collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders.
