Description

Jongor Hire has been providing quality catering equipment and walk in Cold Rooms to businesses for over 50 years. We fulfil over 2,000 orders per year, from supplying hire equipment to events such as Cheltenham Gold Cup, Silverstone and The BRIT Awards, to supplying temporary kitchen units to the NHS and National Grid.
We are looking for a Key Account Manager to work as part of the Sales team, to manage data and information relating to key events attended by Jongor, ensuring their smooth operation onsite. To do this, you will be confident in data entry and analysing what this means to maximise profit. Maintaining long term relationships with clients and understanding their business which may involve maximising sales opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Resolving any issues and problems faced by clients and working with key stakeholders to provide solutions
  • Recognising great opportunities when dealing with clients and dealing with inbound sale calls and emails from potential clients
  • Gain an understanding of the wider business that will enable you to fulfil the client brief
  • Acquiring a thorough understanding of key client needs and requirements by building and promoting strong, long-lasting client relationships
  • Gain potential new sales opportunities through outbound calling, networking and field visits especially within existing client base
  • Preparing regular reports of progress and forecasts to the Senior Leadership Team
  • Managing the day-to-day administration of the key accounts including ensuring that all sales are accurately recorded both in quantity, product time and hire period
  • Always providing the highest level of client service
  • Serving as a link of communication between key clients and internal teams
