Develop and maintain strategic account plans for your key accounts. Understand and analyze customer needs and requirements. Collaborate with pre-sales managers to design proposals that meet customer expectations. Manage the entire sales process from proposal to contract signing. Stay updated on AI trends and the company's leadership role in ethical AI. Continuously update CRM and forecasts. Requirements 5+ years of direct software sales experience, ideally to Multilateral Organizations. Strong technical acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions with business value. Demonstrated track record of sales performance and industry knowledge. Comfortable working within an enterprise sales model. Ability to craft enterprise software proposals effectively. Experience in consultative sales for social impact projects. Proficient in accurate forecasting on a weekly basis. High intellect, flexibility, and the ability to multitask creatively.
