We are looking for a commercially minded and results-driven Key Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing a diverse range of retail accounts with a strong track record of driving sales, building lasting relationships, and identifying growth opportunities. You will bring excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of sales performance metrics, and a proactive, strategic approach to wholesale account management.
Based at our Brighton HQ, you will report to the Head of Sales and work collaboratively with teams across Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations to support the broader commercial strategy. You will be responsible for growing and nurturing key wholesale partnerships, leading seasonal sell-ins, forecasting sales, and conducting detailed performance reviews. YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in a wholesale or account management role within fashion retail.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key retail partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the fashion wholesale market and retail distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and relevant ERP/CRM systems.
  • Ability to travel as required for account meetings, store visits, and trade shows.
  • Existing network of retail buyers and department store contacts.
