Valor Hospitality is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager - Leisure Sales to lead and grow our leisure sales strategy across our diverse portfolio of managed hotels. ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone with:
o Minimum of 2 years in leisure sales management, preferably with a large hotel portfolio.
o Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and ROI in the hospitality sector.
o Experience with one or more global hotel brands.
o Expertise in hotel revenue management, OTA (Online Travel Agency) management, and hotel distribution.
o Strong communication and presentation abilities, with excellent attention to detail.
o A structured, systematic sales approach, complemented by critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and other relevant tools.
o A proactive, client-focused attitude with a passion for relationship-building and delivering results.
o Adaptable, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Key Account Manager - Leisure Sales, you will spearhead initiatives to attract and retain business from key leisure FIT and group operators. Your mission is to unlock growth opportunities, deliver exceptional account management, and maximise exposure for Valor-managed hotels. From developing innovative sales strategies to collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll play a pivotal role in achieving our leisure sales targets and revenue goals.
This is remote role working 24 hours per week - this can be across 3 or 4 days to suit.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Account Management & Growth
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key leisure FIT and group operators.
o Develop and implement account plans to strengthen partnerships and drive business into the Valor portfolio.
o Conduct regular performance reviews, negotiations, and contracting to ensure account success.
o Maintain accurate records on Valor’s Salesforce CRM system and provide statistic reports to central sales and revenue teams.
Strategic Sales & Market Expansion
o Identify and convert new leads and opportunities in collaboration with local hotel teams.
o Leverage the full hotel portfolio to secure new business and increase market share.
o Develop and launch leisure packages, flash sales, and tactical campaigns to promote domestic staycations.
o Conduct leisure strategy reviews with hotel teams to align with revenue goals.
o Provide Leisure Academy training to ensure local teams are equipped with relevant knowledge.
o Stay informed about industry trends to refine sales strategies and stay competitive.
Client Engagement & Relationship Building
o Organise fam trips, roadshows, virtual presentations and educational sessions to enhance product knowledge and exposure.
o Attend trade shows and network events to generate leads and foster new business.
o Keep clients informed about new openings, refurbishments, and rebrands across the portfolio.
o Build strong relationships with brand leisure teams to maximise benefits from brand-managed leisure accounts.
Collaboration & Communication
o Work closely with hotel-based sales and revenue teams to convert opportunities into bookings.
o Provide leisure sales insights, training, and guidance to hotel teams to maximise revenue potential.
