We are currently recruiting for an Enterprise Partnerships Manager for possibly one of the most exciting businesses we have partnered with in the past 12 months.

This is a newly created role for an organisation scaling at a phenomenal pace, leading the leasing vertical for the DACH territory. The Challenge & The Role:

The organisation's biggest challenge is acquiring a reliable supply of inventory stock. As the Enterprise Partnerships Manager, you will focus on this challenge with incredibly clear goals.In this pure account management role, you will take ownership of the organisation's most strategic partnerships across leasing providers to drive the largest share of supply. You will spend the majority of your time further strengthening existing relationships and streamlining operational processes to achieve excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Growth: Strengthen and expand B2B partnerships across DACH, managing a large portfolio of key leasing partners and becoming their primary commercial contact.
• Negotiation & Leadership: Lead complex commercial negotiations to form framework agreements, securing favourable purchasing conditions (volumes, pricing, and service levels).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations, product, pricing, logistics, and leadership teams to translate partnerships into scalable inventory growth.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilise forecasts, ROI cases, and KPIs to prioritise and manage performance, identifying new commercial levers like joint campaigns.

What We Are Looking For?

• The successful Enterprise Partnerships Manager will possess incredibly high customer care standards, impeccable attention to detail, and excellent stakeholder management skills.Experience: 2+ years within business development, enterprise sales, key account management, or strategic buying.
• Track Record: Proven success delivering results across complex sales cycles and securing structured agreements.
• Languages: Fluent English and German (written and verbal) are essential.
