  • Strategic Account Development:
    You design and implement mid- and long-term strategies to increase business opportunities with our key accounts.

You maintain trusted customer relationships, negotiate framework agreements, act as a brand ambassador for our company, and serve internally as the key contact for translating customer needs.

  • Market Intelligence:

You gather and analyze market information to support our marketing and product development teams and to strengthen our competitive position.

  • Pre-Sales Engagement:

You create targeted presentations and translate our product portfolio into customer-specific solution proposals.

You manage the pre-sales process and advise both direct and end customers in refining their requirements.

  • Core Sales Activities:

At the heart of your role: You actively drive sales success with our customers, acquire profitable deals, manage contract reviews and negotiations, and identify as well as pursue upselling opportunities.

  • Internal Stakeholder Management:

You collaborate closely with Bid Management to ensure competitive offers and support management in continuously challenging activities with a focus on customer value.
