As a (Key) Account Manager, you are responsible for the sustainable development and expansion of our existing customer relationships in the pharmaceutical and medtech sectors. You ensure long-term, stable, and profitable collaborations and strategically develop your accounts. You act as a central interface between customers and internal departments and ensure the successful implementation of ongoing projects in a demanding, regulated environment.

This is what you will do at GAPLAST:
- Responsible management and strategic development of a defined portfolio of existing customers
- Identification and implementation of cross-selling and upselling potential within existing accounts
- Planning and management of customer development strategies and account plans
- Coordination and management of ongoing customer and development projects in close cooperation with Technical Sales, Development and other internal interfaces
- Conducting price, contract and annual negotiations
- Responsible for ensuring the achievement of sales, margin, and KPI targets.
You bring the following:
- Completed studies or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in account management or sales, ideally in the pharmaceutical or MedTech sector.
- Sound knowledge of the requirements of regulated markets and the relevant customer structures
- Experience in managing complex projects in interdisciplinary teams
- Strong customer focus as well as excellent communication and organizational skills
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented work style
- Fluent German and English skills
- Willingness to travel and driving licence class B
- Knowledge of QM systems (ISO 15378, ISO 13485) is an advantage.
- Industry experience in the field of packaging or plastics is desirable.
