- Planning strategic and long-term account measures (customer-oriented communication/channel planning), including account visits and desired quantitative/qualitative goals, and coordinating internal resources to support the account measures accordingly.
- Development and implementation of strategies for customer loyalty, market cultivation and sales increase
- Identifying business opportunities with existing and potential customers
- Maintaining and building long-term customer relationships, using a CRM system to optimize the customer journey, and conducting account analyses.
- Conducting customer, competitor, and regional/account analyses with regular, structured feedback to management.
- Close cross-functional collaboration with other sales, market access, marketing and medical teams for successful market development and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Responsibility for achieving sales targets and relevant key performance parameters (e.g. contact rates, customer satisfaction)
- Knowledge of the planning and execution of medical training events and other product presentations
- Legal changes and their ongoing compliance in cooperation with the relevant departments
- Knowledge of the latest Customer Relationship Management technologies and processes, utilizing Commercial Excellence principles, and application of these processes to all relevant core tasks.
Your qualifications:
- A completed degree in natural sciences or formal permission (according to the German Act on the Protection of Young Persons) to interact with the relevant professional groups.
- Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
- Strong scientific understanding and the ability to discuss matters on an equal footing with uro-oncologists and other scientifically oriented clients.
- Experience with MS Office and CRM systems, as well as the ability to effectively use digital technologies, including iPhone and iPad.
- Experience in collaborating with other departments such as marketing, sales, and support
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret customer data
- Strong negotiation and customer service skills, as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to build relationships.
- A sound understanding of the pharmaceutical market and its trends, as well as a highly ethical work ethic (compliant with the code of conduct).
- Willingness to travel
- Fluent German skills
