Blue Diamond Attachments is hiring a results-driven Key Account Manager to grow and support our Michigan, Indiana, Ohio network of dealers in the equipment attachment industry. In this role, you’ll act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor—delivering product expertise, coaching dealer teams, and driving showroom success with powerful marketing tools and resources. You’ll play a critical role in helping dealers drive sales by equipping them with deep product knowledge, engaging marketing materials, and the ongoing support they need to thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with top dealers, while identifying and developing new opportunities to expand our market presence.
  • Conduct hands-on product demonstrations and training sessions for dealer sales and service teams.
  • Provide consultative support, sales coaching, and business development strategies to help dealers achieve performance goals.
  • Equip dealer showrooms with updated product literature, marketing kits, signage, videos, and merchandising tools.
  • Collaborate with internal marketing and product teams to tailor support materials to each dealer’s needs.
  • Maintain regular in-person presence across your territory to foster strong relationships and promote brand growth.
