ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Key Account Manager to drive the success of Micromine Alastri and Micromine Pitram software across Tier 1 and enterprise mining clients in the APAC region. You’ll take ownership of complex accounts, ensuring retention and identifying opportunities to expand our footprint across strategic partners and mining operations.

This is a relationship-driven role requiring strong commercial acumen, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and the ability to navigate complex licence renewals and negotiations.

  • Prepare and execute account management plans to maximise growth and retention.
  • Lead contract negotiations and multi-license renewals with key enterprise clients.
  • Maintain relationships with C-level and senior decision-makers across your accounts.
  • Collaborate with APAC operations teams to define scope and opportunities.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual targets.
  • Provide strategic market feedback to product, sales, and leadership teams.
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and maintain CRM records.
