Key Account Manager – Modular Sector | £45K–£55K + OTE £80K + Car Allowance
Location: Field-based (Hull & Grimsby focus)
Salary: £45,000–£55,000 basic + £430/month car allowance

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Own and grow a portfolio of modular building clients
  • Build strategic relationships with key stakeholders
  • Conduct regular face-to-face visits (approx. 9 per week) across Hull and Grimsby and wider areas
  • Run impactful training sessions and accelerate sales cycles
  • Drive upsells and long-term value with industry-unique products
