Samsung are now looking for a Key Account Manager to join the MX (smartphones, tablet, smartwatches and PC’s) B2B team in Denmark! KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Take responsibility and being a Samsung representative towards Partners in the whole sales process, from initial contact to final service for new and existing clients
  • Manage the whole B2B channel including channel partners and end-customers (direct touch)
  • Update and manage sales forecast ongoing
  • Fulfilling and over achieving sales budget in both sell-in and sell-out and optimizing channel stock
  • Drive sales on Samsung MX B2B portfolio incl. devices, accessories, Samsung KNOX solutions and service offerings
  • Developing the customer relationship on all levels in the organization and enhancing synergies between all products focusing on One Samsung
  • Continuously support tender processes with the full Samsung MX B2B offerings

QUALIFICATIONS:

To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior sales role from the IT/electronics industry
  • At least 5 years’ experience in B2B sales
  • A good understanding for channel/partner management
  • Experience working with tenders (SKI is preferred), negotiations and bid management
  • Good understanding of Enterprise Mobility solutions such as MDM, Security solutions (a bonus if you have knowledge about Samsung KNOX)
  • Understanding of and interest in technical issues
  • A relevant academic background
  • Structured and good administrator
  • Positive mindset and social skills
  • Fluent in English and Danish
  • A valid driver’s license
