Description

The Role

The responsibility of the Key Account Manager is to drive overall growth of Nelsons products across a portfolio of accounts, which include Pharmacies & Health Stores plus others.

  • Constructing, agreeing and implementing Joint Business Plans, adapting both customer and Nelsons strategy.
  • Negotiating commercial terms including range, distribution, pricing and trade investment.
  • Ensuring sales & profit targets are achieved for a portfolio of accounts across a breath of channels (wholesale & retail)
  • Working cross functionally with marketing colleagues to ensure efficient delivery of the customer and brand plans.Collaborate with supply chain to ensure accurate volume forecasts achieve on-time fulfilment of orders.

REQUIREMENTS

What you’ll bring

  • Have previous sales/account management experience, ideally within the Health & Personal care industry.
  • Posses excellent sales and negotiation skills and have the ability to create and shape customer business plans.
  • Can demonstrate strong relationship building skills.
  • Are a results driven individual and capable of managing complexity.
  • Can manage understand and manage a P&L.
  • Ability to complete admin on time.
  • Can work equally well alone or within a team
