Your responsibilities will include Client Relationship Management: Building strong, trusting, long-term bonds with key clients. Strategic Planning: Developing and executing account plans to meet client goals and company objectives. Needs Anticipation: Understanding client business needs, challenges, and market trends to provide tailored solutions. Internal Coordination: Working with internal teams to deliver on client promises. Problem Resolution: Addressing client concerns and ensuring high satisfaction levels. Performance Tracking: Analyzing client data and reviewing performance to enhance the relationship. Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills. Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Deep understanding of the client's industry and business objectives. Experience in sales or account management. Office/Google Suite skills Fluency in English and at least one Nordic language Experience working in similar industries (Small Domestic Appliances). Strong business acumen and commercial mindset. Demonstrated effective negotiation and communication skills. Proactive and exceptional problem-solving capabilities Accountable, proactive, flexible, and highly structured approach to work.
