Playing an integral role in new business pitches to the C-Suite/Senior Executives & Group Purchasing Organizations Being a central, pivotal point of contact for the Key Accounts Driving alignment within the whole organization to implement a customer based mode of operation for delivering highest quality of services Champion and Own the Account on following aspects – Strategy, Business Model, Order to Cash Cycle, Product Usage, Product Challenges – Customer Expectations vs Product Capabilities, Customer Value creation and Total Solutions Approach This is not a hard sales position – Key Accounts Manager is expected to create value and position Stryker’s portfolio along that value only Communicating Account strategy via Business Plan to align Senior leadership within Stryker and mobilize resources as needed What you need Demonstrated ability to build and maintain key business relationships internally and externall Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment Drive & assertiveness for results Ready to take responsibilities and can lead territory with minimal supervision. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
