We are now seeking a Key Account Manager for Food Service Retail (FSR) business to join our team in Hanoi, Vietnam to drive commercial growth across key Food Service Retail, and distributors. What You’ll Do: As the Key Account Manager for FSR Vietnam, you will take full ownership of driving market penetration and revenue growth across Food Service Retail, QSR and distribution channels. You will build strong distributor partnerships, expand portfolio presence, and execute go-to-market strategies to strengthen Diversey’s leadership position in Hanoi, Vietnam. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Sales Growth: Identify, target, and win new key accounts in the FSR sector (QSR, casual dining, coffee chains, catering groups). Develop and execute segment-specific business plans aligned with country strategy. Deliver sales and margin targets through direct and indirect channels. Drive conversion programs from competitors by demonstrating value, innovation, and total cost of ownership advantage. 2. Account Management: Manage and develop relationships with key decision-makers (Operations, Procurement, QA, Engineering). Ensure contract renewals and upselling of Diversey solutions (chemicals, equipment, training, IoT, and hygiene programs). Conduct regular business reviews with customers to measure performance and compliance. 3. Channel & Partner Management: Support and train distributors servicing FSR customers on product knowledge, sales skills, and hygiene standards. Develop promotional plans and joint business plans with key partners. 4. Technical & Operational Support: Coordinate with Technical Service and Application Teams to ensure correct product usage and equipment performance. Ensure HACCP, food safety, and brand hygiene standards are met. 5. Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Provide feedback to marketing and regional teams on customer insights and innovation opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field (preferred). Minimum 5 years’ B2B sales experience, ideally in F&B, hospitality, hygiene, or foodservice. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing large customers. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Knowledge of HACCP, food safety standards, or hygiene systems (advantage). Proficiency in English and Vietnamese. Strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong execution discipline. Customer-first mindset with strong relationship building and stakeholder management; collaborative, cross-functional working style.
