NWCE foodservice equipment are a leading supplier and maintenance provider of Catering, refrigeration and ventilation equipment throughout the UK. We provide an extensive range of commercial kitchen, bar and food service equipment solutions to customers across the UK ranging from Restaurant and pub chains, healthcare, education and retail. Due to continued growth we now look to appoint an Internal Key Account Manager to join our growing PPM team.
This person should possess outstanding customer service skills and have experience of managing key accounts. We are looking for an account manager who is focused, target driven and looking to progress their career within a growing department. The ideal fit will be well developed, proactive, with a customer centric attitude. Dedication to growing the business and facilitating smoother connections between our key accounts and our internal processes is a must.
The KAM will work directly with the Head of PPM Department to ensure that all the administrative and support functions of the department are operating effectively.
The ideal candidate will at present be working (or very recently worked) in a KAM role.
Job description:
· Developing and maintaining relationships with key contacts on your account, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded via means of engaging with the client ie, regular meetings and feedback enquiries.
· Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
· Keep key stakeholders informed and updated on the status of their account, from outstanding quotes to emergency tasks being completed.
· Provide weekly reports informing customers in detail of the outstanding jobs status on their account.
· Adhere to KPI’s and SLA’s to meet client expectations and ensure high-quality service delivery by managing incoming tasks into our CRM and master spreadsheet.
· Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including clients, internal teams, and senior management, on account status, issues, and solutions.
· Monitor and analyse account trends to identify (uptake in work allocated, slow down of work allocated, more quote requests, less quote acceptances etc)
· Chase job sheets from engineers to ensure timely and accurate completion of work orders, including
· Ensure the company system is updated, and calls are logged with all relevant information in line with NWCE company policies.
· Liaise with the Service desk co-coordinators and highlight/escalate any known issues or queries that may impact on service delivery to our key accounts.
· Portal Management for key accounts.
The Candidate.
· Experience of working within a busy Service environment achieving SLA’s and KPI’s.
· Preferred ProNett / Access maintain experience but not essential.
· Understanding of delivering service in a fast-paced environment.
· Experience of using client portals.
· Foodservice equipment knowledge desired but not essential.
· Professional, polite and positive manner.

· 40 hr week working within a shift pattern of 8:30-17:00 with 30 mins for lunch.
