WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new high-value customers and nurturing existing relationships. In this role, you will focus on onboarding, maintaining long-term customer loyalty, and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Onboard, nurture, and win back lost customers.
- Acquire new customers in the higher segment (car traders, dealers, fleet owners).
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct regular follow-up meetings with existing customers and track business progress.
- Ensure high-quality standards and operational excellence in customer service.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Report on territory market information and customer activities.
- Prospect new leads, focusing on high-value clients in your region.
- Visit prospects, analyze needs, negotiate, and close deals.
- Manage CRM (Salesforce) to track prospects and customer interactions.
