POSITION DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Key Account Manager is responsible for leading executive-level relationships across PAR’s tier 1 accounts within the SaaS and payments ecosystem. This strategic role focuses on maximizing profitability, driving product line adoption, managing contract lifecycles, and identifying growth opportunities to increase Committed Annual Recurring Revenue (CARR), Live Annual Recurring Revenue (LARR), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).

ADDITIONAL SKILLS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • Innovative mindset with a focus on unified commerce and customer-centric solutions.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and customer lifecycle strategies.
  • Comfortable operating in CRM platforms and analyzing KYC data.
Responsibilities
  • Drive strategic account planning to ensure long-term growth and product adoption across SaaS lines.
  • Lead contract renewal efforts, negotiate pricing adjustments, and leverage bundled solutions.
  • Identify and close cross-sell and upsell opportunities alongside product-specific Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams to enhance customer outcomes.
  • Maintain CRM hygiene and leverage KYC insights for account-level planning and reporting.
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasting and pipeline reporting to support leadership planning.
  • Partner with Franchise Account Managers to expand usage within franchisee networks.
  • Conduct Strategic Business Reviews (SBRs) with key accounts to align on business outcomes.
  • Represent PAR at relevant trade shows and industry events.
