You will be based in Helsinki, Finland and report to the Commercial Director. You will be part of a great team of people based in our locations across Europe. Your role in the blend As Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for sustainable growth and strategy execution in your own customers. You will maximize business opportunities through commercial excellence, strong customer collaboration and proactive business development. In this role, you will: Grow sales through understanding category growth factors and customer strategy Actively analyse market and customer data and make suggestions based on these Ownership of the customer collaboration and building strong customer relationships Role model Paulig leadership principles by collaborating effectively across the matrix and with external partners, while partnering closely with internal stakeholders—including field sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance—to secure seamless execution and customer experience Your key ingredients You’re a proactive and result-driven person with a structured approach who sees strong collaboration as a key driver of impact, quality, and long-term success. To succeed in this role, you likely have: Previous experience in a Key Account role Strong negotiation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customers, categories, and stakeholders simultaneously.
