Description

ASICS have a new and exciting opportunity for a Key Account Manager to join our Sales team. Reporting into the National Account Manager, this is a dedicated sales role responsible for driving sales growth whilst maintaining market share, managing account strategy, and developing strong relationships with our customers Buying and Marketing teams to create win-win opportunities.

THAT’S ENOUGH ABOUT US! HERE’S WHAT WE HOPE TO SEE FROM YOU:

  • Proven track record in sales ideally in the sporting/fashion brand industry with major accounts
  • Experience in field-based sales, with a history of overachieving targets, preferably in new business acquisition
  • Experience in developing account plans consistent with the marketing strategy and the business direction
  • Ability to commit to cyclical local and interstate travel to service accounts and business relationships
  • Great communication and rapport building skills
  • Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
  • A disciplined and professional approach to sales
  • Familiarity using processes and systems (Microsoft Office, Excel intermediate, SAP desirable)
  • Ability to deliver results in an agile and fast-paced environment
  • Proven ability to maximise customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
  • High level of strategic thinking and identifying key opportunities within the marketplace
  • Proven alignment to ASICS values of Drive, Innovation, Collaboration and Customer-Centricity
